Tasting Notes
This fruit is from our oldest Shiraz planting at the Burge Family estate. This wine shows all the hallmarks of the great vintage starting with a very deep and strong red hue. On the nose there is an abundance of character with plums and spice coming to the fore. The palate is filled with intense blackberry fruit, plums and creamy oak. There is great complexity and the berry fruit and spicy oak linger.
