2017 Draycott Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine encapsulates everything that is great about the Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon, with rich berry fruit and a lovely dense palate full of flavour and character. Balanced with subtle use of oak, there are hints of spice and a toasty note. The tannins are fine and the length long. This wine drinks well now or if cellared well will age gracefully for many years.
